Jaime is an active CPA and MBA, earning her degrees from Bryan University and Babson College. She has worked for both for-profit and non-profit organizations in various industries, including high-tech, education, health/fitness, healthcare, and senior care. Having moved from the northeast, she enjoys living in the Florida sunshine with her family.

Kelly has been part of System Six since the company started in 2008 and has held many hats from Bookkeeper to Team Lead, and now Head of People. Her desire with System Six is to see people who love seriously geeking out about numbers and payroll and taxes find a place that will encourage and grow that passion all while valuing flexibility and genuine care. She lives in and works from Chicago and utilizes the flexibility of working remotely from home to spend time with her three children.

Ashley grew up on the West Coast (Seattle, LA, San Diego) and married a Naval Flight Officer who brought her to Norfolk, Virginia in 2008. She has a Masters in Accounting from the Univ. of Southern California (Fight On!) and enjoys keeping up with her husband, two young kids and their dog (Fluffy – a german shepherd mix).

Ben has been in the accounting industry for 12 years, spending time early in his career experiencing tax, audit, bookkeeping and payroll roles. As his career progressed, he realized his calling was to work closely with SMB's and provide them with the outsourced accounting services they need. His passion is to help clients pursue their passions. He seeks to do this by taking the day-to-day accounting work off their agenda and deliver them accurate and timely information that can help them make big picture decisions about their company. Ben lives in Northeast Ohio with his wife, 2 children and dog. In his spare time, he enjoys watching movies and TV, sports such as basketball, football and golf and being physically active whether it's at his local gym or simple walks with his family.

Katie is her name and crunching numbers is her game. For over 9 years Katie has been providing top-notch accounting and bookkeeping services to small business owners. She builds long-lasting, trusting relationships with clients and loves to deliver peace of mind. When not working, you can find Katie in her craft room sewing up a new wardrobe, hiking with her amazing husband and adorable dog, or getting her hands dirty out in her yard.

Irina likes order and balance, so naturally chose accounting as her career choice. She has worked in several different industries and earned a degree in accounting in 2003 while living in Dallas, TX, obtaining a CPA license a few years later. Currently she resides in Southern California with her husband, 3 energetic kids, and one lazy dog. During her free time you will find her attending church, hiking with her family, cheering loudly at her kids’ basketball and volleyball games, and trying out new restaurants.

Stacey is from the Pacific Northwest and received her degree in History and Accounting from Western Washington University. Since then, Stacey has worked with a variety of small to medium sized clients across various types of industries in all facets of their businesses. Stacey lives in Marysville, WA with her husband and their two teenage boys. She is an avid reader and in her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends or attending her son’s football games and tournaments.

Brenda is an experienced cloud accountant based in Los Angeles, CA, with 13 years of expertise across a variety of industries, including healthcare, real estate, staffing agencies, marketing firms, PR agencies, creative agencies, and e-commerce. She holds a degree in Business Administration from Mount Saint Mary’s University and began her career specializing in small business tax and accounting. Brenda is passionate about simplifying accounting processes and finance for her clients, genuinely caring about their success and allowing them to focus on growing their businesses. Outside of work, Brenda enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and their two dogs. You can often find her in the mountains, hiking or snowboarding, or baking something delicious at home.

Sabrina Mendoza earned her B.S. in 2005 at the University of Southern California. She began her accounting career as a financial auditor specializing in hospitality, restaurants, recreation, and manufacturing clients. In the last two decades, she's worked in various industries including financial services, aerospace/defense, telecommunications, start-ups, food/beverage, and commercial real estate. Her past roles specialized in reporting, revenue recognition, contract management, and HR/compensation. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, cooking, volunteering, trying new restaurants and coffee shops, live music, and planning trips to national parks and food cities.

Jasmine has worked in the accounting & finance industry since 2013, gaining experience with clients across a variety of non-profit and for-profit sectors. She earned her B.B.A. in Finance from Howard University. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Jasmine is now a resident of Oahu, HI where she spends her free time hiking, cooking, and occasionally surfing as well as spending time with her husband and Boston Terrier, Hurricane.

Josh has spent over ten years in support and management roles within the healthcare sector. He obtained his Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Pacific University and has spent his previous five years in management roles, where he found his passion for bookkeeping and other managerial accounting processes. Josh lives in a small rural town outside of Portland, Oregon, and enjoys his free time doing outdoor activities with his wife and their four dogs. He also enjoys playing his guitar, helping out around their equine ranch, and watching/participating in various sporting events.

Shannon joined System Six in 2022 after 10 years as Operations Manager/Senior Bookkeeper for a remote bookkeeping company based out of Tampa, FL. She has over 20 years of experience at different levels of bookkeeping, from bill payment and payroll all the way up to financial review presentation, and tax prep. Shannon prides herself on being detail oriented and quality driven, with a focus on client satisfaction. She was born, raised, and still resides in the western suburbs of St. Louis, MO. Shannon enjoys life with her husband of 20 years, two young adult children, a chocolate Labrador, and tuxedo cat. In her spare time, she enjoys assisting her husband running a small business which focuses on saving vintage, and broken items from the landfills by upcycling them into useful pieces of artistic lighting.

Milissa comes to us with over two decades of accounting experience, ranging from guiding small business start-ups to managing finances for national corporations. Currently pursuing higher education in financial data analytics, she is dedicated to optimizing results. When not immersed in financial matters, she enjoys living on the colorful shores of the Colorado River in Arizona with her trusty sidekick, Pig the French Bulldog, where they boat and paddle board together. She has also a passion for cooking and houseplants. She's ready to bring her enthusiasm and expertise to the table, and can't wait to see what we'll achieve together!

Carla has over 18 years of bookkeeping experience working with various industries. Her passion is helping business owners take the worry out of their finances. When she’s not working, she enjoys reading, cross stitching, and spending time with her fiancé and four dogs.

Kristi has 13 years of accounting experience. Her experience includes establishing accounting systems for new and existing businesses and her passion is producing and analyzing accurate financials statements to provide valuable information to the business owner. She live in Mississippi with her two children and husband. She loves spending time with her family and enjoys teaching fitness classes at her local YMCA.

From beautiful Tennessee, Rebekah has been an advocate for small business since she could reach the desks of her father’s business. She holds a joint Finance and Accounting degree. She’s passionate about demystifying the accounting process and helping businesses focus on what they do best. She loves to support friends, family, and everyone she meets with achieving their dreams.

Tatiana has been working in accounting and bookkeeping for over 10 years. Owned a few small businesses and has a passion for processes, organization, and offering clients peace of mind. She obtained her Bachelor's of Accounting at Brock University. Some of her hobbies include traveling, singing, learning to play piano and writing random songs. Currently lives in Mt Clemens, MI with her husband and two dogs.

Anna joined System Six in 2024 and has dedicated 20+ years to bookkeeping, honing her skills and expertise in financial management. Born and raised in Florida, when she's not balancing accounts, you can find her in the kitchen, indulging her passion for cooking, exploring a new or well loved book or enjoying quality time with her loved ones. She also finds fulfillment in giving back to her community through active involvement in her church and various volunteer initiatives.

Stacey comes to System Six with over 2 decades of bookkeeping experience. Stacey has always had a passion for helping small businesses and entrepreneurs. She has consistently worked for businesses that needed someone to come in and create systems and organization within the financial and administrative aspects of their business. The most rewarding part of her work is that it allows those small business owners to focus on their passion and have a foundation for a successful future as well as a work and life balance. Stacey lives in the beautiful state of Wisconsin, with her husband and daughter. In her moments of leisure and relaxation, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching her daughter perform on stage, being outdoors, and nurturing her ongoing yoga and meditation practice.
