Tim comes to System Six with a strong background in Cloud Accounting, Finance and Business Operations, developed through varied leadership roles at companies running on EOS. As a former business owner, and EOS integrator, he is intimately familiar with the needs and struggles associated with managing your business, as well as the stressors associated with not having accurate and useful financial information. Tim prides himself on providing concrete solutions in bookkeeping and accounting to companies across the US and he is excited to continue that work as part of the System Six family. When not at work, you will find him on a hiking trail or on a lake up in New Hampshire with his wife and three dogs.

Katie is her name and crunching numbers is her game. For over 9 years Katie has been providing top-notch accounting and bookkeeping services to small business owners. She builds long-lasting, trusting relationships with clients and loves to deliver peace of mind. When not working, you can find Katie in her craft room sewing up a new wardrobe, hiking with her amazing husband and adorable dog, or getting her hands dirty out in her yard.

Ben has been in the accounting industry for 12 years, spending time early in his career experiencing tax, audit, bookkeeping and payroll roles. As his career progressed, he realized his calling was to work closely with SMB's and provide them with the outsourced accounting services they need. His passion is to help clients pursue their passions. He seeks to do this by taking the day-to-day accounting work off their agenda and deliver them accurate and timely information that can help them make big picture decisions about their company. Ben lives in Northeast Ohio with his wife, 2 children and dog. In his spare time, he enjoys watching movies and TV, sports such as basketball, football and golf and being physically active whether it's at his local gym or simple walks with his family.

Stacey is from the Pacific Northwest and received her degree in History and Accounting from Western Washington University. Since then, Stacey has worked with a variety of small to medium sized clients across various types of industries in all facets of their businesses. Stacey lives in Marysville, WA with her husband and their two teenage boys. She is an avid reader and in her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends or attending her son’s football games and tournaments.

Jasmine has worked in the accounting & finance industry since 2013, gaining experience with clients across a variety of non-profit and for-profit sectors. She earned her B.B.A. in Finance from Howard University. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Jasmine is now a resident of Oahu, HI where she spends her free time hiking, cooking, and occasionally surfing as well as spending time with her husband and Boston Terrier, Hurricane.

Kristi joined System Six in July 2023. She received her Bachelors in Accounting from Kennesaw State University, and has spent the last 15 years working with small businesses in many different industries in Atlanta, Georgia. When not working Kristi loves playing tennis, travelling with her husband, and spending time with their two daughters.

Shannon joined System Six in 2022 after 10 years as Operations Manager/Senior Bookkeeper for a remote bookkeeping company based out of Tampa, FL. She has over 20 years of experience at different levels of bookkeeping, from bill payment and payroll all the way up to financial review presentation, and tax prep. Shannon prides herself on being detail oriented and quality driven, with a focus on client satisfaction. She was born, raised, and still resides in the western suburbs of St. Louis, MO. Shannon enjoys life with her husband of 20 years, two young adult children, a chocolate Labrador, and tuxedo cat. In her spare time, she enjoys assisting her husband running a small business which focuses on saving vintage, and broken items from the landfills by upcycling them into useful pieces of artistic lighting.

James joined System Six in 2022 after five years of working in accounting for a Seattle-based construction company. He is a certified public bookkeeper through the NACPB and is experienced in all aspects of bookkeeping. A self-professed process enthusiast, James finds reassurance in well-thought-out procedures and applies these concepts to his everyday life. James was born and raised in Portland, OR before spending three years living in Honolulu, HI. Currently, James lives in the Seattle Metropolitan area with his husband and two dogs. In his free time, he enjoys playing pool, sewing, and managing his curated media library.

Tim has been with System Six since June of 2012 and is a graduate of Westmont College. He supports several senior team members on our most complex clients, is our resident Bill.com and Expensify expert, as well as a Certified QuickBooks Pro Adviser. Tim loves southern California sunshine and enjoys sports, scripture, and learning advanced Excel functions like Power Query.
